@British_Airways BA280 amazing effort by the Captain & crew to land at LHR in 70km/hr winds. But too windy for the ground staff to offload bags! Waited more than an hour & then told by solitary BA rep bags were not coming & to call the disruption hotline #communicationfailure

@British_Airways BA731 delayed more than 3 hours. Can you guarantee that when the diverted inbound flight arrives from Zurich BA731 will still be able to depart? Unfortunately the staff in the BA lounge have no information.

@British_Airways I’ve just been on the phone with BA (well some poor woman who started working for BA 2hr ago) and she couldn’t even guarantee I would get a full refund after having my original and rescheduled flights from LHR to GOT cancelled. No wedding for me this weekend 😢
