@Ryanair when customers go to the trouble of paying extra for legroom seats, could you not ensure they keep those seats if you change aircraft? If the emergency exit row numbers change, surely the passengers who paid for the extra space should be reallocated accordingly

@Ryanair we do everything you ask ..buy the correct size bag etc and still groundstaff at cork airport this morning charged us 46euro for the bag (pic proff on board)for a flight to Manchester ..Surely not fair ..up to now loyal customer
