@wakehurst_kew @seetickets Thank you, I've messaged them. I know they don't want people to actually contact them, the form was pretty well hidden at the bottom of the page, I'd tried to work out how to contact them earlier but to no avail!

@wakehurst_kew This is sad news, but I completely understand. Unfortunately the @seetickets website is saying 'Sorry, these items could not be exchanged for the selected date. Please select a different date and try again.' Any advice? There look like loads of tickets available.
