@parcelforce Hello, I received a delivery note saying 1 parcel has been left with my neighbour. But that flat is under construction so no one answers the door. The noted phone number might be wrong as well cos it's been cut off after few rings. Please help!! Thanks.

@HMRCcustomers No it's not. I don't have the UK passport or P60 which was why I reclaimed the tax by post (and not online) 4 weeks ago (as mentioned earlier). Will I still receive the refund if not taking any action? Any alternative to prompt it?

@HMRCcustomers I claimed tax refund by post on 11May18 and haven't got any news. Today I received a mail from HMRC asking me to request the refund online. I don't have UK passport or P60 so can't use online account service. Is my former request under process? What should I do now

@HMRCcustomers Would the tax refund still be sent to me by cheque if i don't request it online? How long would it take? I have spent hours but just can't get access to the page to make the request -Which was why I sent the request form by post at the first place.

@HMRCcustomers Thank you, do I click on "sign in to your personal tax account" under "Money and Tax"? It leads me to the same login page which I was asked to have P60 or UK passport for the identification.

Sent damaged items, didn't allow flexibility of timeslot to arrange exchange. Driver failed to deliver cos can't find parking(?) and didn't come back the next day as claimed. Had to rebook and the online chat acting like a robot saying it wasn't her fault. Cheap service #IkeaUK
