@thesierrafox The wait times for EMS crews all over the DMV have increased. Charles Reg Med Cen has some ridiculous times also, plus when crews from other counties transport here it further delays local crews and walk in patients. Maryland needs to monetary fine hospitals for wait times!

@850fireman I think a CA call is one of the easiest calls nowadays. It's time consuming but I don't see it as a house fire. If the CA pt is too far gone we can just DOA the pt, and that DOA doesn't spread to other pts, whereas a house fire could certainly spread if nothing is done. My 2cent

@Kiel_Samsing 'Positive' is and can be a broad term, and that's good because different perspectives and conversations are important. But a more up-to-date Positive Reports are important to learn from, just as important as what not to do from a NIOSH Report.

@Kiel_Samsing Kiel, I agree with your notion. We only hear about good things during 30sec social media posts, or AAR that are forced circulated, or "best seller" books, but never made into Reports for all to see. Positive Reports are just as important as NIOSH Reports.
