Today, the Ohio House of Reps, Insurance Committee, has H.B. 308 on the schedule. This would allow Fire Fighters, EMS, and Police Officers to apply for Workers Compensation when diagnosed with PTSD, without an accompanying physical injury. Not all injuries are visible.
