Just remember, not only is the balance down, the remaining balance is worth much less due to inflation.

July existing home sales fell 5.9%, the 6th consecutive monthly fall. Sales fell 20.2% YoY, to the lowest level since Nov. 2015. Leading economic indicators fell for the 5th month in a row, a losing streak not seen since the Great Recession of 2008. Yet this is not a #recession?

It’s like a modern day Robinhood. The victim and the hero all in one. Would be best in my opinion to not give tons of free mainstream media coverage.

No lending institution would loan against the degree or guarantee a position to the person earning the degree.
