...after serving BARELY HALF of a 20-year sentence because he found, "Not guilty by reason of insanity."

His name is Ronald Exantus.

The little boy's name was Logan Tipton.

On December 7, 2015, Exantus walked through an unlocked door of the Tipton family's home in Versailles, Kentucky.

He went into 6-year-old Logan's bedroom and st*bbed him to de*th in his own bed while he slept.

Then he attacked Logan's father and TWO of his sisters.

Here's where it gets insane.

A jury didn't even convict him of m*rder. They found him NOT GUILTY by reason of insanity for k*lling Logan… and only "guilty but mentally ill" for st*bbing the rest of the family.

For k*lling a child and st*bbing THREE MORE PEOPLE, he got 20 years.

…but now he’s out in about TEN.

And it gets worse.

The parole board denied him THREE separate times. Every chance they got, they said keep him locked up.

But last October, the state let him out ANYWAY... nearly a DECADE EARLY... through a loophole that classified a man who k*lled a 6-year-old as a "non-violent offender."

Yes, you read that right... a "non-violent" M*RDERER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He didn't even last a week.
He was arrested in Florida for failing to register.

They dragged him back… and this week, they let him walk out the front door AGAIN!!!!!

A free man with no parole, no probation.

His family says they were barely even notified their little boy's k*ller was being released back into the world.

Logan Tipton got 6 years on this earth.

The man who ended his life got just 10 in prison and is now out.

NEW: Father of the 6-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in Kentucky goes scorched earth after the man who killed his son was released from prison *again* after being re-arrested.

The father of Logan Tipton previously said he would kill Ronald Exantus if they ever crossed paths after Exantus broke into their home and killed his son.

Exantus was released early from prison in 2025 after serving just 10 years for stabbing Tipton in the head.

He had been found not guilty by "reason of insanity" in 2018.

Just 12 days after being released from prison, he was re-arrested in Florida for not registering as a convicted felon.

"Last year, this monster was released from jail due to Kentucky’s mandatory reentry supervision program. He reoffended, and got a pathetic 9 additional months. He is being released today despite the opportunity to hold him in a mental facility," said Kentucky State Rep. TJ Roberts.

Dean Tipton is speaking out about Exantus' release on Facebook.

"The judge and jury gave this monster a slap on the wrist while handing down a life sentence to my family," he said.

"Trying really hard to not let this break me....Ive carried so much over the years since Logan going to be with our Lord. I have woke up everyday, put on my fake a** smile and have carried on with life and literally living through hell."

"Today though im having a hard time trying to figure out how to go on with life. Knowing that this monster gets to walk free and live his life, while I lay in this bed and my baby boy is in the grave. This may be my breaking point."
