@SouthwestAir After over a decade of our family using you as our primary airline, that loyalty is damaged. The things that made SW great are gone, now having same hassles and inconveniences that set you apart from others. Our family booked seats together 3+ months ahead of our flight and paid extra to do so, only to be split up and reassigned hours before boarding. We explained we were traveling with a toddler and newborn, but were told there was nothing they could do due to weight distribution. There were over 10 empty seats on the plane.

PS The flight crews were fabulous. Your people are your greatest asset!

@JustinLaBar Atta boy! The first show my son actually paid attention to was SNME, Cena’s final match. @JohnCena gained a new fan even on his last night, as my son was chanting his name on the way to school Monday as we listened to @BustedOpenRadio RASSLIN’ edition. A great feeling!
