@saylor You said Strategy raised $15B “from AI” to build STRC. In reality, much of it came from diluting MSTR shareholders.
And now another $650M was raised the same way.
Every crypto bear market feels like the final one.
Then the next cycle starts and everyone wishes they bought more when it felt impossible.
DCA. Stay solvent. Don’t get shaken out.
@PeterSchiff Schiff is a master troll. He compares Bitcoin to stocks to normalize a 3.5-year low, then uses Bitcoin’s volatility to make it sound catastrophic. Meanwhile, gold is still about 28% below its own ATH. Elite framing.
@comic@saylor Exactly. In a BTC bull market, common holders should get the most upside. But repeated issuance keeps selling that upside to new buyers, which turns $MSTR into a diluted BTC proxy rather than direct exposure to BTC upside.
@AOC Agreed. But gambling doesn’t explode like this in a vacuum. Unsound money and a broken financial system make people feel like they have to bet, speculate, or get left behind.
@theficouple Cool story bro, but you bought a concentrated, volatile asset with leverage. Volatility cuts both ways—index funds just don’t make you pretend luck is skill.
@Hunter_Eagleman Before answering, define ‘taxpayers.’ Federal income tax? Social Security/payroll tax? Sales tax? Property tax? Because millions of citizens pay taxes in one form or another. Details matter.
Funny how Crypto Twitter always “discovers” the same investment product at the exact same time.
Almost like coordinated influencer campaigns are real.
Treat the CT flavor of the month with extreme skepticism.
Current example: STRK.
@WallStreetMav Forget term limits. Once you hit full Social Security retirement age, you shouldn’t be allowed to run for Congress. If 67 is ‘retirement age’ for everyone else, it should be for lawmakers too.
The honest argument is that tariffs are usually shared: some gets eaten by the foreign producer through lower prices or margins, some by the importer/retailer, and some gets passed on to American consumers. Saying the foreign country pays 100% is false. Saying consumers pay 100% is also false.
@theficouple Terrible take. Nobody buys a Model Y just to save on gas and maintenance. They buy it because for the money, it’s one of the best all-around cars on the market.
@BraddrofliT Awful argument. The Electoral College isn’t about ‘anonymous electors’ overruling voters, it’s about preventing every election from turning into one giant national recount where both sides are incentivized to tolerate sketchy outcomes as long as they gain votes.
@PattyMurray Nobody thinks the average voter is the problem. The concern is the tiny percentage of bad actors with the motive and willingness to commit fraud at scale.
