@JacksonDog1127@KillaCam0531 I said would, not that he did. A good owner/boss knows their strengths & weaknesses, knows when to defer decisions to smarter people and when to make the decision themselves all while accepting blame for any bad decisions and passing the praise along to others.
@jtboyd_3@DrewHannis Unfortunately with this issue, the Steelers will be stuck in this cycle for at least 5 more years as by all accounts the Steelers are bottom 3 in ownership wealth and seem to hate paying coaches not to coach.
