I am really surprised the regulator hasn't stepped in yet. @barclays - yes we have complained - has it got us one iota further? No!

@PaulDoh79525213 @MartinSLewis It has happened to us too. Decades of banking with @Barclays and they've just closed our account citing 'incomplete details'. But also admitted there is an IT issue. They have said the cheque is in the post (in 5-10 working days). Its a disaster for us.
