@CarsRuinedCity bit of trivia: Cheonggyecheon Stream was covered up at a time when Korea was too poor to keep it clean/sanitary and restored when they could afford to maintain it.
@ThorntonWa47373@VictorPytl I donโt think anyone is claiming the map lies. I think theyโre claiming the โkmโ written on the map is an abbreviation of kilometres, which are shorter than miles. 25km is about 15 miles.
@FixerForYou @YPerebyinis You do realise that the Russian federation was formed in 1991 and had nothing to do with the forming of any of the above mentioned cities, countries or unions then?
@MedvedevRussiaE I'd love to know exactly what aspect of Nazi ideology Medvedev is so against.
He seems to be on board with everything except the specific symbols they use.
@rorysutherland You made the mistake of using a simile to support your argument.
Now people with no counter argument can just point out the two things aren't the same (like all similes) and continue thinking their disruptions are justified.

@aliyuthman@willsentance@FrontendMasters@willsentance has a way to make the most complex thing seem incredibly simple. I learn so much form him, not just about how to write code but about how to make complex subjects seem simple. See you there
@ukraine_map I don't necessarily believe this.. but one theory is that Putin did it so his successor doesn't have the option to turn it back on. Thus reducing his chance of falling from a window.
(It did happen the same week Putin "annexed" Kherson just so his successor can't leave it alone)
