@lufthansa Hi 5 days waiting and no one has replied to any of my emails. I cannot contact anyone by phone either. My medication is in the bag, I am very worried about my luggage

@lufthansa we flew from Frankfurt to Montreal and our bags didn't make it through, I got an email to say they would arrive the next day but can't find anyone online or on in the airport to help me get my bag back. What should I do now? Your phone lines arnt working either BTW
