@drvukovich @MakerSausage @Michael_J_Hil I generally agree immigrants working and paying tax in a country should have some protections. But Europe and the UK have allowed the welfare system to become so bloated and corrupt over decades that the only option now seems to be a blow torch

@kashish_cfc France have looked much better this tournament. Solid at the back and massive firepower up front. If Spain want to have a fighting chance they’ll need to dominate midfield. France’s midfield isn’t great on paper but (especially Rabiot) has been very effective so far

@DaraghCassidy About 50% tax above €42k. Most nurses/tradesmen/engineers will make that after a couple years work experience so it’s not like it only impacts the rich. €42k doesn’t stretch far these days, especially if you’re renting in a city (Dublin even more so)
