@AmericanAir Anyone would be upset w the response received. U gave him this ticket w no connection between 2 airports in the same city. He found his way but of course he missed his flight. You gave a voucher that didn't work + u won't reimburse 4 transport. #americanairlines doesn't care

@AmericanAir then you give him a flight another airline that he could not possibly catch and then you give him a hotel voucher that didn't work. Now you won't give back the $ for the hotel and Uber.

@AmericanAir I don't understand how u guys can give him a round trip ticket from fll airport to Dallas and then from Dallas with a connections in Houston but at different airports in Houston and then to Miami. He had 2 hrs to deplane, get his bag, catch an Uber 2 the next airport

@AmericanAir in my situation they expected my fiance to be able to find his own way from one airport in Houston to the other which is at least an hour drive on his own with no transportation provided at all. His flight was a connecting flight but there was no connection.
