I have had a reopen claim since March 13th and still get the same message that the claim is not active. I need to know that this will resolve all. I have a toddler at home to take care of. Is there anything else I can do?? @PALaborIndustry
Thanks @FlyFrontier for checking our bags, printing our boarding passes, having us go theo go security and get to gate, only to have a cancelled flight! This is our 11 month olds first flight. I’ll never fly your airline again. What a hassle!!
