🚨 Possible fraud alert at the Public Investment Corporation (PIC).

New CEO Patrick Dlamini previously led DBSA amid serious allegations of maladministration, irregular loans, and governance failures raised by Bantu Holomisa and scrutinised by Scopa in 2021.

Dlamini and DBSA denied wrongdoing and claimed no evidence of fraud. However, questions remain about transparency with Parliament and due diligence on certain deals.

With the PIC managing over R3 trillion in public funds (workers’ pensions), these past issues must be fully investigated.

Has Dlamini been fully forthcoming? South Africans deserve answers and independent scrutiny before any risks materialise.
