Independent, friendly, environmentally conscious fire safety people offering fire risk assessments, training & advice.
We like to do things a little differently
'Do I have to do a fire risk assessment?' Out of all the questions I could get asked about fire safety, this is by far the most common! (Oh by the way.... yes you do!)
@GovJersey@GovJersey Are the ones listed the only green regions, as your 'Travelling to Jersey' website page cites more? Booked to travel over next week but my region is green on web page and not listed here. Thanks.
@DPSSandman@FireIreland@DubFireBrigade @FDIC @fdiclive@fireengineering@BobbyHalton Why was it not charged, the branch and flow tested prior to being committed into a risk area?
Obviously don't know the scenario, but if be more concerned crews were going into a burning building with no water or testing the equipment before having to rely on it.
Just my opinion.
So I've been through the Labour & Tory manifestos & it couldn't be clearer which party is taking firefighting and building safety seriously. From recruitment to pay rises & a £1 billion fund to fit sprinklers, Labour is serious about making our communities safe to live in. 🔥🚒🌹
@jeremycorbyn Make flood response a statutory duty for the fire service. Proper funding and resources, not make do with incompatible and aged equipment and training. @jeremycorbyn@fbunational
@feedmycreative Maybe your local fire stations could help. They have old cars for training on. I'm sure they'd help for a little donation to the @firefighters999 (Firefighters Charity). You never know.
Sadly today marks the Centenary of the Deaths of 2 Birmingham Firemen. Henry Moon was overcome by gas whilst attempting the rescue of 2 workers at Nechells Gas Works - Herbert Dyche then attempted to rescue the 2 workers and Moon but he was also overcome by Gas.
@Lancs_FireDCFO I was unlucky enough to do hose Tuesday 3 times, all because our course took the mickey out of the course above! What a mistake that was.
