Hi apparently every1 is getting a letter regarding under paid tax. Alot of ppl I know have received 1. N av been told by my wrk payroll that it's because of the leap yr that we owe tax 4 because of there been 53 weeks in that year and not the usual 52 weeks a yr? @HMRCcustomers

@HMRCcustomers Hi I've done this ,but heard nothing bck as of yet ? I dont understand why you can give me a valid reason why I'm owing £50.80 for 1 extra day in a leap year .... and I've had no extra payment from my employer. Only the 52 weeks wage i always get n I already pay my tax on this?

@HMRCcustomers there was no extra payment there can only be 52 weeks in a yr ? How can they b 53 ? It's was a leap ....so 1 extra day not a week and I don't pay £50.80 a week tax so why am I been charged this ?? I'm not happy and feel there is no proper explanation..I shouldn't b paying this

@HMRCcustomers Yes weekly .and i pay what I said above for my weekly tax .but there can't be more than 52 weeks in a year so why am I paying an extra weeks tax ? For 1 extra day in a leap year and it's more than the tax i would pay in a week ..... so what the hell am I been charge extra for

@HMRCcustomers I have had 52 pay days in 2024 .so why am I been charged another £50.80 ? A leap year has 1 extra day in it ? So £50.80 is alot of extra tax for one day ? I'd should be more like £2.37 for the extra day ??? Please explain. As it makes no sense ?

@PayPalUK was supposed to receive £25 for using PayPal 7 times, I got the email spent £10.40 but it's not giving me the rest, and the emsil stated I would keep getting it till the £25 was spent even if it was more than one purchase?? But I haven't

@ArgosHelpers I've had a fridge freezer since March n top compartment in freezer has stopped wrk n my food has defrosted. I've contacted help n they said I've got 2 contact bush directly. But I've read the trading standards site n it says it should be the retailer that sorts it
