@SNAFU_Sara And the context of the email to this officers higher up should layout the concerns of others. Address the concerns as a team issue and not like “X Officer and I do not get along blah blah blah”. Framing it as an issue for the team will add credence to the concerns.
@SNAFU_Sara The officers are tricky. If you feel it appropriate I’ve found direct conversations typically work best and are at the lowest level. A follow up email for traceability purposes I would encourage as well. If that doesn’t seem the route 1st officer above them on an email chain.
Need some help finding the light. The battery I have the privilege of being in has had some serious loss. A Soldier lost a father during Annual Training. We sent him home as expeditiously as possible. Another Soldier was killed in the line of duty.
Annual training is going great. Soldiers are getting some fun training in. Leaders are developing and teach the younger Soldiers. Meanwhile I’m still trying to get over this kidney stone 😅.
What’s your definition of an integrity violation? Pretty sure that’s what I’m feeling by no plan of my own. Disclaimer: no physical harm was done to anyone just a rather big annoyance.
Any tips to get out a of lull period in this mobilization? Actively trying to get my Soldiers involved in a stuff outside our normal work day. I am all ears! #mobilization#deployment#miltwitter
