Avoid @Ronseal - 5 tins of wood stain from 3 different retailers were congealed. Customer services next to useless as they just suggested other retailers #wastedtime #wastedmoney does not do exactly what it says on the tin!!!!

Avoid @Dyson terrible customer service waiting over 10 days for an item due for delivery 7 days ago - no one able to answer when delivery may occur - 14 days to wait for refund #avoid #CustomerExperience

So happy to have my #broadband back with @SkyUK after the s**itshow of @virginmedia had a tech question and they answered call in 90 seconds #relief #CustomerService

@virginmedia Done all of that since I took contract 9 months ago. Had 6 technicians and hours in the phone. Luckily it is working at the moment - issues verbally happen when there are no service issues reported

Interesting @British_Airways how three other passengers received refunds even though it was not their mother that passed away - how is this right?

My mother passed away this week and was buried on Thursday before I was due to fly to Dublin on a @British_Airways package. Wanted to delay travel, but told this would cost over £600 - had to cancel - thanks #britishairways

@virginmedia I have 3 pods - it seems the only way I can fix this issue, is keep spending more money - looking forward to cancelling this contract and going back to previous, reliable, provider

Stay away from @virginmedia #broadband if you have a lot of #smarthome devices. I made the mistake of switching from @SkyUK which was working perfectly and have had nothing but trouble for 5 months

@virginmedia I have carried out a pinhole reset a number of times which fixes the situation temporarily- my Wi-Fi where the disconnections happen are consistently high (over 260 MPS)

@virginmedia can be over 60 incl lighs, sky, tablets, heating etc- told my original speed was 2 slow 4 many devices had to upgrade-not helped.old provider, sky, 100 mps never had any issues. Depending on who I speak t, say it is the hub, some it is the speed, some say I have too many devices
