I bought CrossOver mainly to play Red Alert 2 on my Mac, but after hours of troubleshooting, it still doesn’t work because of EA App compatibility issues.

As a paying customer, this is extremely disappointing. Many users seem to be experiencing the same problem.

Could you please let us know whether this is a known issue and if a fix is being worked on? We’d really appreciate more transparency and better support for EA App compatibility.
