My friend left Nigeria for a masters program abroad and got a bartender job in an hotel, in Nigeria he was a hotel manager in a 4 star hotel in Nigeria. A year in the hotel an offer for a manager came up and he applied and got the role a week after his master in hospitality management.

The supervisor who made his life a living hell has lost it. He cannot believe his eyes🤣🤣🤣🤣. New manager knew every staff that was dedicated and passionate about their jobs, he changed the dynamic of the hotel, made part time staff permanent staff and promoted them to supervisor in waiting.

He corrected supervisor and the guy started shouting and making a scene. Na so supervisor in waiting become supervisor immediately.
