@O2 got to say. O2 has been brilliant in terms of customer support. My daughter got her new iPhone 15Pro Max stolen whilst out in London last night. O2 supported by blocking phone, calling my daughter back on her friends phone ‘not O2’ and got her back up on her old phone! ✊
@bt_uk how come you guys only accept complaints by post? You’ve managed to send the envelope to return the old equipment. Seem to be missing the new equipment though!

@EastMidRailway Leicester through to Derby with stops at Sileby, Barrow Upon Soar. Unfortunately I wasn’t the only traveller left stranded by an early train. We were on time, the train left early. Not something you hear very often.
@BritishTelecom what is the broadband speed that ‘should’ be available in LE112SF. Currently only receiving 2mps which is slightly slower than dial up.
