Cycling on & off health insurance coverage is disruptive to continuity of health care, & is especially problematic for young children. Continuous #MediCal eligibility for CA children 0-5 will promote access to health services essential for healthy development. #AB2402 #F5AD

Evidence shows that #HomeVisiting is among the most effective services at improving child & family outcomes, yet the need for home visiting programs in CA vastly outweighs the current services provided. #CABlueprint #F5AD
