@AlexJayBrady These ideas are always neato but I'm ngl if I'm in charge of a nuclear arsenal when one of these shows up I'm not sure what rational human being would not immediately start chucking multi-megaton yield warheads at these as fast as the missiles and bombers could carry them.
@Tiger1019160035@yoedamen Absolutely kickass design. I get the feeling the combination of incredible cockpit visibility and dangerous mission profile makes for a cadre of pilots who either adore or despise the craft, depending mostly on their level of megalomania.
@Theodore1jensen Rotary cannon CIWS is genuinely so silly when you have a reactor powering the ship and unspeakably high closing velocities. Mount a coilgun and use it to chuck cannister shot at 30k steel BBs a second at the incoming projectile.
@agraybee People on this site be like: "I have a fundamental misunderstanding of institutional and interpersonal physical violence. Please take my ideology seriously." Lol. Lmao, even. I might even go so far as to roflmao.
@EnzoM00n@nerdyreindeer Because gyaru is a style that comes with a color palette and specific features. Its like wondering why the goths are all pale and wearing black. Sure you can subvert, but if you're targeting a specificly purist interpretation then you go with the defininition.
@OcGwP4QjmctC8Mk No kamikaze attacks were conducted during the attack on Pearl Harbor. 47 allied ships were sunk by kamikaze attacks during the war, including 3 escort carriers and 14 destroyers. The "USS Bismark Sea" was the worst loss at 318 deaths of her 910 crewmen.
@OcGwP4QjmctC8Mk @Iristquarter To clarify: the bomb which sunk the USS Arizona was dropped from a Japanese Aichi D3A dive bomber during the attack on Pearl Harbor.
@OcGwP4QjmctC8Mk @Iristquarter USS Arizona was sunk by a bomb which struck the forward magazine. The aircraft in the first picture is an american B-29 "Superfortress" long range bomber. Two aircraft of this type dropped the nuclear bombs on Hiroshima and Nagisaki, ending the war. The beginning and end.
