I made a transfer of #90,000 from my first bank account to a wema account, the money was deducted but hasn't been received by the account.

@FirstBankngr,on 15/04/25, I tried to recharge my phone using the USSD code, twice, it returned an error message, but I was debited.
I've waited to see a reversal of my money, but it hasn't happened.
Kindly treat as urgent.

I logged a debit card request using first mobile on 1st April 2025.
Till date I hv not received the card. Last update was on 8th April saying delivery delayed.
I have been debited for the request and it's been 21 days since without progress from your end
@FBN_help@FirstBankngr this is more than 1 week I had a failed transaction and I have shared the declined receipt. I keep getting apologies it is being worked on. I need my money asap, we are in Nigeria and we all can attest to how things are hard. @cenbank
