Anti-male headship sentiment characteristically see's male headship as a restriction, but this character of rejection of this flow of devotion is also seen paradoxically on a macro-level with how the Church's intimate relationships within itself relates to Christ. (1 Corinthians 7:25-35)

Expressing the concern that devotion must ultimately flow upwards towards God regardless of all relational configurations.

Perversion of this at its base - such as protest against this, not flowing from the woman to the man is unnatural.
