@pad646505 Hi, sometimes this can happen when a hotel has their adult age set at 16+ and the adult age on our website is 18+. I would advise popping our sales team a call on 0203 451 2690 and they will be able to get this booked for you without any issues. I do apologise for that! ๐โ๏ธ
