The Covenant is more of an analogy for Jews than Christians.

Firstly their name is literally the covenant, as in the covenant between God and the chosen in the old testament.

The prophets act as the Pharisees. The Jewish leaders who reject Jesus as Christ and see him as a threat to their rulership and control over the masses, they wouldn't be needed anymore if Jesus was messiah. Much in the same way the prophets cover up humanity's role as their 'Gods', they start a campaign of murder to cover this up and retain control over their covenant. Jesus was put to death partly for this same reason, and they reject his role as God.

Master Chief has a lot of messiah symbolism to him, he and the humans are the rightful inheritors of the kingdom of God, with the covenant being ultimately unable to hold the keys themselves.

The Arbiter in Halo 2 discovers the truth, after pursuing and persecuting humans for their apparent transgressions he ends up turning on his old ways and becoming a pivotal figure in the victory of the humans. He is Saint Paul, who was a Jew who persecuted Christians, had a revelation and became a leading figure in Christianity.

The covenant call John a Demon. Jesus was accused of being Demon possessed by the Pharisees.

John 117 is a verse of Christian scripture.

There's plenty more, and it is by no means a 1:1 analogy, its just symbolism and mostly there for thematic purpose not a retelling of scripture by any means. But Christianity is not the covenant.

I worked in a restaurant during high school. For almost every shift, I was the only white person. It was almost exclusively staffed by Mexicans getting paid under the table.

Beef prices aren't up becuase of tariffs you moron. They are up because:
1. 4 meatpackers have consolidated the entire industry and are currently under investigation for price fixing.

3. We imported 40 million people in the past 4 years that are all subsudized by the government to buy beef from walmart.
