For agents still on the grind, the fact the prototype drops at max expertise helps their builds. They are looking to add some sort of recalibration/optimization soon.

@TheDivisionGame Yeah, so upgraded my expertise 30 White Death to prototype only to have my talent be randomly rerolled from Determined to Future Perfect. This is unacceptable. The upgrade mentions random augment, nothing about changing talent.
