@Hermesparcels - obviously hired a new driver for my route who will not come down my lane, we currently have 5 packages stuck in the system and are getting no response from customer service...totally crap.. #shitservice
@HSBC_UK both my solicitor and i keep phoning it make absolutely no difference as the department does not take calls and appear to be totally unaccountable - 4 days to redeem a mortgage is unacceptable!
@HSBC_UK -the most terrible experience ever trying to redeem my mortgage! how hard can they make it!! 4 days and still trying - now holding up completion this is the worst service ever
