The reason why resellers are selling the gifts that bts handpicked for fans out there is because there are people buying it, I know soo many of you here have entered GOs and bought the stuff
The fact you guys are willing to pay money for something that was supposed to be a gift for the army who are there in busan probably crying because they have had a bad day
Idk man, feels very weird to me :/
π₯ armys might...not know? or know it well? if someone who isn't army, isn't one of our members, doesn't know him personally were to go, "oh yoongi seems pretty hyped today", then that means yoongi hyung was reaally in a good mood
π₯ you know what i mean, right?
π₯ when yoongi hyung is in a reeally good mood there are those subtle tells.. like he'll walk out toward the front more...
π₯ during ment, he'll step forward more
π₯ on days when he's low-energy he mostly stays where he is γ γ γ γ γ γ
π° and today he was a little more out in frontγ γ γ
π₯ that's right γ γ γ γ γ γ γ γ γ γ γ γ
@nerdyaRMyKOOK@chimdimnie Exactly so I do think bighit is at fault too. Yes they may have paid rental fee or hire an entitiy to organize thing but they sill need to oversea and make sure everything is prepared well since it is "their" event, they are the organizer
@chimdimnie I think it is different each country. In mine it would be the local promotor's responsibility to provide manpower and coordinate with local police, medical staff etc. since it is in korea I do think hybe handle those thing, no? Do they hire third party?
It had nothing to do with getting there early enough btw. We were there with plenty of time to spare.
They had no control of the massive crowd that was present. No clear paths set for where to go for admission.
My entrance was stand still for an hour. With nowhere to go. It was a wall of human beings packed literally body to body. And for some reason my entrance just stopped letting anyone in bc they ran out of wristbands and gifts for those who had facepass. They stopped everyone.
Told us to go to a DIFFERENT ENTRANCE WHEN WE COULDNT EVEN MOVE.
This was at ~6.54pm
A bunch of us made it in. We scanned our facepass and made it in.
I ran from the 3rd floor down THREE TIMES FOR THE GIFT. Each time the swarm of people rushing for it. People grabbing in. Those who werenβt in yet that were coming in just grabbed and went. Staff were yelling. Army was yelling. People were crying. Random people were grabbing the gifts from the boxes. It was the scariest shit I ever witnessed. At some point they said if you want your gift, you wait and possibly miss the start or you go take your seat.
????
It was my first OT7 in 7 years of being army. I wasnβt missing anything.
I was crying the whole time during that delayed one hour. I was shaking.
The only thing that got me out of it was the show starting.
BTS was everything and beyond. That 3 hours they made me forgot how genuinely heartbroken I was bc I read that news got to them. That they were hoping no army left without the gifts. That they handpicked them.
And then in the same line of vision I see posts of people selling their gifts. I canβt. Words canβt describe this feeling.
After the show we were told we could collect it outside. Here there everywhere. Finally itβs the information booths. Lined up. Got yelled at more. Then they just told us all to go bc there were no gifts.
And then as Iβm walking out to get further away enough to get a cab. I see this small group. Who have two each. They just took extra.
I felt sick to my stomach.
This feeling is awful. Awful. I cried the whole cab ride. Iβm still sobbing.
I would never wish this experience on anyone.
The apologies should come from staff who were not communicating with each other and the organisation who did not factor in what a mass of up to 80k would look like trying to bottle neck to into entrances.
BTS was everything. Seeing them was everything. I got Normal Korean version, Paldogangsan, Ma City and One More Night. It almost makes up for everything else. Almost.
π₯ Coming back to our hometown and holding a concert is really great. But honestly, up until yesterday, I couldn't tell if this was my hometown or Europe or the US... no really! As soon as we arrived, we went to rehearsal and then came right back to the hotel.
π₯ Tomorrow's our birthday.
π° Is it our 14th?
π₯ It's our 13th. It'd be 14th by Korean age but we'd only count it that way in Korea.
π° Ah that's right.
π₯ So it's our 13th year.
π° Time flies.
π₯ Jungkook is 30yo.
π° I'm 28yo.
π₯ But it's okay. We can still do more.
π° Of course!
π₯ Tomorrow is going to be killer.
π° We're still strong!
