I think I’ve lowkey been falling into some sort of like orthorexia or smth. Im like. So obsessed with eating clean and I’m like terrified of processed food or anything packaged that isn’t a whole food. Like everything seems poisonous snd cancerous and I’ve been like tweaking.
Is it even possible to hide an eating disorder from friends. I don’t want to isolate myself completely but i feel the urge to when i get back into my disordered eating habits. I don’t want my friends commenting or mirroring me. I want to be thin and people to not be mad at me
Slipped up a bit and ate broccoli, leftover golden curry, and half a brownie. idk how to calculate brownie i spit most of it out tho.. Just gotta remind myself im in a deficit still and i cant allow myself to sabotage and give into a full binge because of a small slip up.
@lou_star_ves Im obsessef with diced airfried sweet potatoes. I always season mine with garlic, onion, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder and sometimes a dadh of cinnamon. So good. Other than that i LOVEEE baked potatoes with a passion
