@GaMichMan I just wonder if ATL has either the same affordability problems as LA, SF, Chicago, or NY or functional problems as St. Louis or Philly - ATL intown neighborhoods are comparatively safe and affordable

@GaMichMan Certainly the demographics have changed (it costs more both absolutely and relatively to live in-town) and people always move to the suburbs as they age, but families are still buying houses in these intown neighborhoods

@GaMichMan Is there any evidence of a decline of children/families in Atlanta? People who live in-town are always making a choice to live in a smaller house than they would in the suburbs - whether their budget is $500k or $2 million
