Due to the Sentencing Act 2026, Arshid Hussain – the man who abducted and raped me as a child, and who did the same to dozens of other children – is being considered for early release. He was sentenced to 35 years in prison in early 2017 and was described as one of the most dangerous men in the UK. He was later convicted of further offences.

His brother, Basharat Hussain, is also being considered for release.

I honestly can’t put into words how disgusted I am with the British government.

In the exact same week Rupert Lowe drops his devastating independent inquiry exposing decades of systematic, racially and religiously motivated grooming gang abuse by Pakistani men preying on vulnerable white British girls, this Prime Minister decides it’s the perfect time to start releasing these monsters early!

Victims, including Bradford grooming gang survivor Fiona Goddard, are receiving letters this week telling them their abusers are being assessed for release after serving just 33% of their sentences. Hundreds of r*pists and p*dophiles could be back on our streets by the end of 2026.

🚨 This is Judge Tracey Lloyd-Clarke, Recorder of Cardiff. She sentenced ex-soldier Daffron Williams a 41-year-old veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan and suffers from PTSD to two years in prison (half to be served in custody) for Facebook posts made in the tense days after the Southport child murders.

His posts referenced “civil war is here” and included anti-Islamic imagery. She acknowledged his military service, good character references, and mental health struggles… but still sent him to prison for words on the internet.

The same judge has also jailed others for social media posts in the post-riot crackdown, including 24-year-old David Morgan who received 20 months for tweets involving Nazi imagery and racist content.

Yet when Rees Newman convicted of the historic rape of a girl under 14 appeared before her for breaching his sex offender requirements, she suspended his two-month jail term, explicitly citing prison overcrowding.

You know what this judge did? Well... He allowed paedophile Lucy Dean who now identifies as a woman walk free from his court room on a suspended sentence despite being caught with some of the worst indecent images and videos showing babies being r*ped. 🤬

Good news! After decades of ignoring rampant environmental crime on the Roding, @EnvAgency has finally decided to act.

Bad news! It’s not against Thames Water for illegally dumping billions of litres of sewage in the Roding, or the waste criminals who have dumped thousands of tonnes of rubbish on its banks, but against myself & a small volunteer charity for… restoring a river without a permit!

Within a week of the magnificent work of River Roding Trust volunteers completing the arduous work of restoring 250 metres of the Aldersbrook this winter, EA investigators had been down to the site and rattled off a letter threatening us with prosecution for doing the work without a permit. This is despite the fact that the Trust have repeatedly asked the EA to do this vital work on the Aldersbrook themselves & they have refused. It is also despite the fact that they have not investigated the huge illegal sewage outlet on the Cranbrook a few hundred metres away, which illegally discharges 750,000,000 litres of raw sewage straight into the River Roding every year.
