@AirCanada Your customer service told me to fill out a form when I called your toll free number. “DM” you is useless as I was told to call your toll free number.....

@AirCanada They tried and ultimately failed again. What useless customer service and support. Safe to say I’ll never fly Air Canada again. They can’t retrieve my record for anything. Not even by my name, my flight number, my booking reference. Garbage

@AirCanada Is a Joke. Paid $30 each to check in 2 pieces of luggage on a flight from SFO to YYZ. Arrived at Toronto Pearson International to find that only one luggage made it with the other left behind in SFO with bridesmaids dresses.

@AirCanada They want you to fill out a form to request a refund. What a joke! More like I want a refund for my airfare from all the headache and inconvenience. Thanks for the memorable first trip to Toronto.

@AirCanada Talked to @AirCanada baggage services and they said this happens all the time. How the hell do you pay $30 for each check in to find only one made it on the trip? Long story short never received the baggage on time for the wedding rehearsal and wedding.
