@thedaywar90 See river otters occasionally on the bull run river where I fish. Whenever I see them I move on, don’t want to accidentally hook them, and they’ve probably eaten most of the bait fish in the area! Love to watch them though, I get to live a carefree existence vicariously.

I think I found the perfect bait to throw with the BFS setup that has been gathering dust in my rod rack. Caught mostly everything and the catfish was fun on 4lb line! 3/16 ounce mini spinner bait fished over river flats.

@pjost10 4lb Pline Floroclear. Floro coated, mono core. What I mostly fish on all my setups if I'm not fishing topwater. Casts a heck of a lot better than flourocarbon IMO.
