@TeenyWeenyFarm @_rebeccabentley@CotswoldCFlower My understanding is that comfrey juice is high in potassium so good for flowers and nettle juice is high in nitrogen so good for leaves. #britishflowers. I have only just started, so am not sure what the optimum feeding plan using both would be.
@BinningtonBloom Hi Jill, I am fairly new to this. Do you use anything else or just the muck? I worry that if I use too much rotted manure that I will get more leaf than #britishflowers because the nitrogen to potassium ratio will be too high. What has your experience been?
@Plantpassion Hello #britishflowers peeps. I haven't done anything for bfw before, but I have heard of people doing lonely bouquets. Have any of you tried that? And how did you feel it went for you?
It has been such a treat to breath in wafts of winter flowering honeysuckle fragrance today as I pruned back the buddleia next to it. Fresh flowery deliciousness π
@thepatientmole @TeenyWeenyFarm That's good to know. Makes me feel better about still being here half an hour after the end still trying to work it out π. Thanks for all being so friendly #britishflowers
@TeenyWeenyFarm @thepatientmole Thanks @TeenyWeenyFarm I have done that, but I am pretty new to Twitter. Trying to work out which replies go with which questions and following what is going on looks quite tricky π.#britishflowers
