Despite pleas for support from @Airbnb you have now refused to answer any more of our calls or emails and have completely disregarded our complaint. Morally wrong, especially in this time.

@Airbnb I am absolutely appalled that you are allowing hosts to entice people to break the law and risking the spread of Covid.
Our party have lost £1600 as we refuse to break the rule of 6 and attend the weekend away during Covid restrictions.

The host is refusing to move our booking or give us our deposit back yet they are fully booked from April to June. How many people are going to be breaking the law in this time, travelling into Kendal and putting pressure on the NHS by possibly spreading Covid to the locals.
