@NASW_Arkansas I provided on call services to local/area county jails to evaluate suicidal inmates. For 99% of the people I evaluated, the jail environment exacerbated their symptoms. This is due to lack of access to psych meds (either in timely manner or at all), trained staff,the noise level.

I am so tired of people speaking about refugees as if they are violent. In the United States your chances of being killed by a refugee are 1 in 3.6 billion.(Cato Institute) , this means that statistically you are literally more likely to be killed by a vending machine.
