The FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith, who served on on the overthrower Robert Mueller’s investigation, pled guilty to a felony for doctoring and tampering with evidence — specifically, for deliberately lying to the FISA Court as part of the Obama–Russia collusion conspiracy hoax — an attempt to overthrow the United States government in 2016.

A judge who served on the FISA court, gave Kevin Clinesmith a slap on the wrist, despite John Durham’s sentencing recommendation of imprisonment.
