When there is too much salt in your water or food that the body doesn't want, what happens?

Your tongue naturally rejects the food.

When there is excess salt in your body, what happens?

• You become thirsty,

• You drink more water,

• You urinate,

• You sweat the salt out.

But the functionally illiterate "experts" want you to believe that your body is so stupid that it has no homeostatic mechanism for eliminating the excess salt that it doesn't require.

The only thing that the body has never figured out how to eliminate is sugar.

Sugar is stored, turns into fat, clogs your arteries, and surrounds your organs as visceral fat, leading to chronic inflammation, chronic diseases and failing kidney functions.

Sugar is the enemy, not salt.

EAT SALT.

Wild animals migrate to SALT LICK.

When humans have their libido go low, or they are visibly bored and fatigued to have sex, "experts" give them sugar.

Eat SALT. What you should avoid is sugar.

Sugar is not essential for human life, but salt is vital and essential.

SALT is responsible for your stomach's HCl acid production, which is important for digesting proteins.

SALT is vital in the cell membrane potential, an important biological function for muscle contraction, nerve cell communication, sperm motility, ovum movement and embryo development.

Animals are more intelligent.

Humans are getting dumber daily.

A family from my my hometown church where I first found Jesus had a tragic accident a couple days ago.

A young boy (only 2) is now on life support fighting for his life.

I would ask for prayers today for him, his family & loved ones, & the doctors.

I know God still does miracles in 2026.

The child's name is HAYES.

There is something called letting go which I think is very difficult for a greedy person to grasp.

In the book it says, “from one who takes away your cloak do not withhold your tunic either.”

This is a big problem. Once a greedy person has “ear marked” a goat for stealing, it disturbs his entire estate even when the estate is valued at a trillion.

The goat is not the problem. The attachment is.

A person can own a trillion-dollar estate and still lose sleep over a goat because the moment he mentally labels it mine, the issue ceases to be economic and becomes psychological.

The loss threatens his identity, status, control, pride, and perceived justice.

It is great gain to become the kind of person who can lose things without being destroyed by the loss.

Let me trace the timeline here because nobody's connecting it.

Step 1: Scrape the entire internet. Every book, every article, every conversation, every piece of art, every forum post. Do it without asking. Do it without paying.

Step 2: Train a model on all of it. Call it "artificial intelligence."

Step 3: Go to BlackRock's Infrastructure Summit and announce: "We see a future where intelligence is a utility, like electricity or water, and people buy it from us on a meter."

Step 3 is where you sell people's own knowledge back to them. On a meter.

They took the collective output of human thought, compressed it into a model, and now they want to charge you by the token to access a version of what you and everyone you know already created.

One Reddit user put it perfectly: "They stole all this data from us, the people, our life's work, creativity, art, by devouring the internet and blowing through all copyright laws. Now they want to sell it back to us in the form of a utility."

Imagine if someone photocopied every book in the public library, burned the library down, and then opened a subscription service for the copies.

That's the metered intelligence business model.

And they're pitching it to infrastructure investors as though they invented water.
