The real problem isn't just money for clinical trials. It's that most herbal products have zero standardization.
Batch 1: 10% active compound. Batch 2: 0%.
Without testing soil, harvest time, and processing, you can't even run a proper trial. We need "Farm to Pharmacy" standards first.
"Soil doesn’t ‘emit CO2’. Degraded soil does. Healthy soil captures it. Here’s the science in 60 seconds:"
"UK farmers are getting paid £70/hectare for soil organic matter. In Nigeria we do it for free.

@DedayoRoots Sometimes, you just wonder what to actually believe, some set can say drink a glass cup of water early in the morning, years later another set would say ,you're washing down dirt in your mouth with the water...
You've said it all
@UNGeneva Knowledge in books, power in action. Let’s turn education into the soil where real progress grows.
Building on his legacy means planting seeds of knowledge today, so the next generation harvests freedom tomorrow.
As a soil scientist: climate change is a soil carbon problem.
Soil organic matter regulates GHG fluxes, water infiltration, and nutrient cycling. At this pivotal moment, practices like cover cropping, agroforestry, reduced tillage, and composting can turn agriculture from a carbon source into a carbon sink.
Restoring soil health is non-negotiable for 1.5°C targets and food security.
@ladycarpenter01 You're missing out, have you had it with garri ?
It's not just because they are delicious, they are about 35-50% protein higher than even beef plus fat and oil.
So if eating this is witchcraft, then happy to be a sound one ..
You’re spot on. The soil is the lungs of the earth, and right now we’re making it breathe shallow.
Every tonne of carbon we pull out of the ground with chemicals and bare tillage ends up as greenhouse gas in the air. But the reverse is also true: every tonne we put back into the soil through cover crops, trees, and compost is climate action.
We don’t need new miracles. We need old wisdom + new will.
Restore the soil, you restore water, biodiversity, food, and the climate.
@Denisontsekohol Bro, that’s precision farming meeting smart business 😂 The soil in Cross River is already fertile, but the real yield happens when you connect farm to market. Don’t just harvest food, harvest opportunity.
Thanks for this nugget
@AbiluTangwa WE tend to benefit more ,much more reason we should take there of the planet the more just like you said, we are only taking care of it ,to take care of us the more
