For $IBM's Q4, it was all about AI and Hybrid Cloud. Biggest % growth is @IBMZ. The company really is quite different with @ArvindKrishna and the new team in place. This is a very focused IBM and focused on the right things.

Overall Q4:
- revenue growth in all segments (wow)
- Rev +3.3% YoY; 75% software & consulting
- GM +140 bps
- OPInc +110 bps incl currency +150 bps
- Strongest cash gen since 2019 💸

AI:
- AI: watsonx & GAI doubled QoQ across software (1/3rd) & consulting (2/3rd)
- as a comp, Q3 was "low 100s of millions"
- demand for code modernization, customer service, and digital labor
- @Citi, @NatWestGroup, @LockheedMartin cited
- partnerships with @SAP, @awscloud, @Microsoft, @salesforce, @Adobe cited
