It exists exclusively in the 3rd dimension, as part of this physical Earth experience.

But since we are here and playing by 3D rules...how do we best deal with this strange concept of linear time?

Firstly, remember that the past and future only exist inside your mind.

Most people spend their entire lives stressing about what's already happened, or fearing what comes next.

You must always remember: all that truly matters in this very moment, is the eternal NOW.

Once you stop wasting energy on what you can’t change, you free yourself to fully experience the present.

This is where peace, healing, and creation manifest.

What's beautiful about this is, once you start pouring more and more energy into these vibration-rising activities, you are simultaneously aligning your frequency with the higher dimensions (your true home), where you no longer have to deal with the dense constraints of time in the first place.

That’s the only way immaculate conception is ever possible. Once you find balance, the two energies intertwine and out of that interaction, you are “born again”

This is also described in the “kundalini” experience. You’re finding balance, and your masculine and feminine energies are having sex, which creates an offspring that becomes you from the inside out.

This offspring shed recycles trauma into useful information. This makes you physically mentally, emotionally and spiritually “lighter,” meaning you weigh less and shine brighter.

That’s where the word "divine" comes from. It means to shine like the sky & to possess the heart of a god. “Your heart has to be light as a feather”.
