A Memorial service to mark the 20th anniversary of the passing of Gda Tony Tighe & Gda Michael Padden Donnybrook took place on 9/4/22 at the site of the collision at The Rise, Mount Merrion, Dublin.

Family members attended along with many Gardaí, Retired Gardaí and friends.

Garda Pat Fitzpatrick, Community Policing Unit, Dun Laoghaire, who is also a member of the Garda Band, played music for the patients at the National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) in Dun Laoghaire over the bank holiday weekend, alongside music therapist at the NRH, William Byrne.
