@OstensiOraclify@Carlnowinslow@RobCarpenter Both OTR and local require different sacrifices. You work a 14 hour day when you’re OTR, you climb into bed and crash out. You pull a 14 hour day at a local job and have a 45 minute commute, that gives you enough time to drive home and get 8 hours of sleep before your next shift.
@OstensiOraclify@Carlnowinslow@RobCarpenter Long haul you don’t drive 24/7. You’re bound by the same HOS. Doing “local” and home every night I’ve put in 3000-3500 miles in a week (more than even a lot of OTR guys)
