@SenJohnBarrasso I am currently stationed overseas and thus have to vote by mail. If this act gets passed, one of the parts of this bill would be a complete overhaul of the system I use to practice my right as an American. We already have safeguards in place, why change it now?

However I believe that law enforcement should be required to have some form of ID whether it be a badge number or something else, to ensure that there is some sort of record in case they use excessive force.

So it'd be up to her to prove that what he said was untrue, slanderous, etc. Since he's quoting another person, the likelihood for any punitive damages is highly unlikely. Plus freedom of speech allows for the video to remain.
